[X40 Ultra Complete] I don't recommend

After using dreamy 10s ultra for four years base station develop leakage I decided to upgrade but was my mistake to buy that model. It feels like downgrade navigation awful. Pomp in robot it self is noisy, station is noisy, it's lifting MOP pads to early, I'm considering to send it back to Amazon but unfortunately I already get rid of box I need to find out if it's possible

you might still be able to return it to amazon even without the box. sometimes they’ll accept returns in alternative packaging if everything else is included. probably worth contacting support through your orders page and asking before the return window closes.
I’d probably look at the Dreame L40 Ultra AE or the Dreame L40s Pro Ultra instead. both feel more consistent in daily use and the navigation is generally better. they still have the full auto dock with mop washing and strong suction around 19,000pa so they’re closer to what you’d expect from an upgrade
I use the Matrix10 and have found it very good so far
Hello, regarding the issue of poor navigation, we recommend checking whether the LDS sensor on the top of the robot is rotating normally.

Please gently press the LDS cover to see if it can spring back smoothly. Also inspect the rotating section of the LDS to ensure there are no foreign objects or hair tangled inside that may obstruct its movement. If you find any, please remove them.

In addition, please check whether there are any uneven or lifted stickers or larger objects on the surface of the robot. If your robot is new, please make sure the protective films on the body are not peeling. If they are, kindly remove them.

As for the excessive noise issue, the X40 Ultra Complete has a maximum suction power of 12,000 Pa. The higher suction level may cause increased noise, but the maximum noise level should not exceed 76 dB.You may use this value as a reference to check whether the noise level of your unit is abnormal.

Regarding the return request, in most cases the original packaging is not required. However, return policies may vary depending on the platform, so we recommend contacting Amazon customer support for confirmation.
