[X50 Ultra Complete] Stopped working properly after a short time!!

Bought 1 month 1/2 ago here in the UK. Initially worked very reasonably, I have fully serviced/cleaned a week ago. Yesterday when sent for cleaning it became completely lost, didnt perform the cleaning. Since then it is not even capable of going back to dock. I've contacted the technical team but still waiting to hear from them. I appreciate it has 3 years warranty but I am quite concerned about issues after such a short time. Any experience? Advice? Thanks! Gigi

it could be a mapping or sensor issue. maybe try a quick restart of the robot and dock, clean the lidar/sensors again, and delete the map in the app so it can remap from scratch. also check if there’s a firmware update. if it still can’t find the dock after that, it’s probably a hardware issue so warranty support should sort it.

Make sure all sensors are cleaned. Double check them.  If it’s getting lost it’s highly likely to be sensors.

Hello,

did you happen to move the base station? If the base station has been relocated, you will need to manually dock the robot with the base station so it can reposition itself.

If the base station has not been moved, please check whether the robot’s LDS is stuck or if there is any debris blocking it.
