Not picking up

My Robo back is around three years old and now I have found it is not picking up any debris. I also changed the rubber brush recently and still it’s not picking up. I have cleaned the filters and the sensors what is going wrong?

Double check filters and where possible check all suctions routes to see if any blockage in it.  With the age it might be a build up of caught hairs just inside the machine

We recommend checking whether there is air blowing out from the outlet while the robot is cleaning.

If there is, it means the fan is working properly. In this case, please clean the dustbin thoroughly, set the suction power to a higher level, and let the robot run a few more cleaning cycles.
