Spare parts not available

I tried to order the spare parts of L10 prime but nothing is available.

Here are the to the side brushes, main brush, filter and dust bag. The dust bag is a universal size for all Dreame robot vacuum main stations and the main brush is universal for all Dreame robot vacuums that are of the L10 line.
