[X50 Ultra Complete] Detergent level unchanged

After 75 cycles of cleaning with mop pads ( 4 months of use) I have noticed that the detergent level in the tank has not dropped at all ( I think). In dock settings mopping with detergent and mop washing with detergent is ON.
I also noticed that I cannot smell any detergent after cleaning. I removed and inserted the detergent but nothing changed  
Or it is using very little amounts or something is blocked. Maybe hardware/software glitch ?
Any help would be appreciated.

could be that it’s only using a tiny amount but even then 75 runs should make a difference. i’d double check the detergent tank is seated properly and that the inlet isn’t clogged or blocked, sometimes there can be a small air lock as well so reseating it a couple of times can help. also worth trying a quick reset of the dock or checking if there’s a firmware update in case it’s a software bug. if none of that changes anything it might actually be a faulty pump or sensor and you may need to contact support

The tank is properly seated and everything looks clean, nothing is blocked. Firmware is up to date. After finishing a cleaning run I checked the dirty water tank. I shook the tank and it made lots of foam. So there must be detergent inside. But can it use so tiny amounts ? that’s actually a good sign, if you’re getting foam in the dirty water then it is definitely dosing detergent, so it’s not blocked or completely inactive. these systems tend to use really tiny amounts per cycle, way less than you’d expect, especially if it’s mixing it with the clean water internally rather than dispensing a noticeable dose each time. so yeah it can look like the level hasn’t moved at all for a long time even though it is being used slowly. if everything else is working fine i wouldn’t worry too much, just keep an eye on it over the next few weeks and see if it eventually drops a bit, but it doesn’t sound like a fault at this point

I would suggest messaging tech support on this one.  My matrix 10 has been run less than that and I can see it’s gone down
