Dreame vacuum

I have had this bought as a christmas present and only managed to get it to do a full vacuum once. I cannot understand what I am doing wrong and really need some support so I can use to it's full extinct.

i’d suggest checking that the map has been created properly and that there aren’t any no-go zones or restrictions stopping it from cleaning fully. also make sure the battery is fully charged before a run and that it’s not set to a specific room or spot clean mode by accident. if you’re still stuck, it might be worth resetting it and setting it up again from scratch through the app, as that often fixes weird issues.

Please make sure that you have selected the “All” cleaning mode.

In addition, if the base station has been moved, please manually dock the robot back to the base station before starting a cleaning task.

We also recommend removing any obstacles from passageways and the floor to prevent the robot’s operation from being blocked.
