That error is usually for the LiDAR / laser distance sensor on the top of the robot, not the bottom cliff sensors.

Try this:
1.        Turn the robot off fully
2.        Check the top laser turret carefully for dust, hair, packing material, or anything stuck around it
3.        Clean the sensor window and the gap around the turret with a soft dry cloth or a puff of air
4.        Make sure the robot is not starting under furniture, against a wall, or somewhere very tight
5.        Put it back on the dock, restart it, and try again in an open area
6.        In the app, check for a firmware update
7.        If it still shows the same error after cleaning and restarting, the laser sensor may be faulty or jammed internally and it will probably need support/warranty service

If the sensors look clean but the error comes back within a few seconds every time, that usually points more to a sensor fault than normal dirt.
