[H15 Mix] Doesn’t appear to be using the foor detergent

We have had the hoover for about 2 months and we haven’t seem to use any floor detergent

We filled it up and it’s still the same. I have created a custom mode and set the setting to High but it’s still seems to not be using any

Anyone experience this before or can provide any information

Mine would be to first check the detergent tank is seated properly and recognised by the machine. Sometimes these systems use such a small amount per clean that it’s not obvious straight away, especially over only a few runs. If you’ve already set a custom mode to High and the level genuinely hasn’t moved at all after a number of cleans, that doesn’t sound right and could point to an issue with the detergent dosing system

We recommend that you check the following steps:

Please first check whether the detergent switch on the handle is turned on (see the attached image).

The cleaning solution is highly concentrated and has a very low daily consumption. After filling it fully, it is expected to last for approximately one month. Therefore, we recommend continuing to use the machine for more than two weeks to observe whether the detergent level decreases.

If the issue persists after completing the above steps, please upload a video showing the main unit’s screen while the device is operating, so that we can further investigate the cause of the issue.

Thank you both. We will keep a eye on this now and report back
I filled the container when we got it which is about 2 month ago and it hasn’t moved but for the purpose of this we will check and monitor

We have used this for about a month now 2/3 times a week and the levels haven’t dropped.
I’ve even changed the settings to high and it’s still hasn’t moved
It’s not back on standard mode
