How to tell which X50 model I have

Hello how to tell which model I have of X50? I can’t see any information in settings

Once the device is connected to the app, the model name should be shown at the top of the map page.  You can also check the model information on the original packaging of the device.

If you still can’t find the model, please feel free to send us the serial number, and we’ll be happy to help you confirm the exact model.
