L10s ultra gen 2 mapping

I've been using the vacuum for about nine months. A few months ago the map was gone. I remapped and this time i vacked up the map through the app.

Today the map was gone again. No option to restore. I did a fast map again with hopes the old map would be available to restore but unfortunately no.

The app eas last updated about 10days ago. Can that be related somehow?

Any way to get my old map back without having to map everything again?

1 thing you could try is logging out and back into the app or reinstalling it to see if the map reappears, but if that doesn’t work you may have to remap again. going forward, it might help to double check that the backup completes and maybe avoid updating the app right after saving a map, just in case there’s a sync issue.
I’d also suggest installing again. Strange the backup map is gone.

Have you logged in using a different account? If you sign in with another account, the map may disappear from the app.

If you have changed the country/region in the region settings, this can also cause this issue. In addition, please check whether your network connection is stable.

If the robot is moved and then starts working, and the relocation fails, it may rebuild the map, which can result in the existing map being lost.
