Suction power

I’m having suction power issues after doing a maintenance clean, replacing some parts, I replaced the filter and the side arm blade and put new mop pads on and gave everything a good clean, now the standard, intense the full power are all the same and the max power is slightly more but it’s nowhere near what it was previously, I’ve stripped it all again to ensure there’s nothing blocking anything or if I’ve not put on a part on properly but it’s all perfectly fine, I am hearing like a thuddering sound when it’s on quiet mode but I can’t seem to fix it, any ideas or help would be great thanks!

Regarding your robot's reduced maximum suction power and unusual noises in quiet mode, we suggest you check the following:

1.Reinstall the old filter and compare. Switch to different suction modes. If the suction power changes significantly but the noise level is normal, it's almost certainly a problem with the filter.

2. Check if the dustbin is installed correctly.

3. Check if the replaced parts are Dreame products, if the model number is correct, and if they are installed correctly.

4. Check if the main brush lifts normally during robot operation. If it's in mopping mode, the brush should lift normally. If it's only in sweeping mode and the main brush still lifts, then there's a problem with the device.

If the reduced maximum suction power and unusual noises in quiet mode persist, please contact our after-sales customer service team. When contacting them, please include your serial number and invoice, and inform them of your troubleshooting results so they can resolve the issue more quickly.

As mentioned try fitting the old parts again. But just do one at a time and test.   Does the filter have a cover on it you forgot to remove?
