Mopping issue

Hi I recently got one of these and on the whole I like  it however recently when set to vac and mop it’s only doing vac then returning  to base. There are no warnings to empty/fill anything. Any help would be appreciated

Please check if the robot automatically returns to its charging base and stops cleaning when its battery is low.

You can try restarting the robot to see if the problem persists.

it might be skipping the mopping step because of a setting or sensor issue. i’d check in the app that mopping is actually enabled for that cleaning mode and that it’s not set to vacuum only by mistake. also make sure the water tank is properly seated and detected, sometimes it won’t trigger an alert but still won’t mop if it’s not clicked in right. worth checking the mop pads too to see if they’re attached correctly and not worn out. if everything looks fine, try restarting the robot or resetting the cleaning task as it could just be a temporary glitch.
