Arıza bildirimi

Merhaha. Robot süpürgem etrafta kırıntı ve toz bırakmaya başlayınca, toz haznesinin dolu olduğunu ve tozlarının toz torbasında toplanmadığını fark ettim. Forumda bir üyenin daha benzer bir sorun yaşadığını okudum. Kendisine cevap olarak cihazı reset tuşuyla sıfırlaması önerilmiş. Bu işlemi dün yaptım. Robotu denedim ama hala  toz torbasına toz çekilmiyor. Ürünü eski değil. Ve bu durum evin temizliği açısından benim için sıkıntılı. Yardımcı olur musunuz?

i’d suggest checking whether the dust bag is installed correctly and not overfilled or blocked, and make sure the base station air channel isn’t clogged with debris. also inspect the seal between the robot and the base to ensure it’s sitting properly when docking. sometimes even a small obstruction can stop the suction from transferring dust.
