[L10s Ultra Gen 2] Will not connect to the WiFi

I have had my hoover / mop for two months now, all worked fine. Last week, we changed out broadband provider to EE. We have a new hub. I can’t now get the hoover to connect to the WiFi. Have tried everything and yes it’s set to 2.4!

Maybe do a factory reset of your vacuum and set it up again. See if that works

You can try creating a hotspot using one mobile phone, then connect another mobile phone to that hotspot, and use it to connect your robot. Please check whether the Wi‑Fi connection is successful. If your robot can connect to the hotspot without any issues, the problem may be related to your Wi‑Fi network environment.

Please log in to your router, go to Wireless Settings, then Wireless MAC Address Filtering, and check whether any access restrictions or MAC address filtering features are enabled. If so, please disable them and try again. If the device is still unable to connect to the hotspot, we recommend contacting our customer service for further assistance.
