Does anyone know how to get the device to move onto the mat while mopping and vacuuming. Mine currently goes on to the mat and then sucks it up and gets jammed

this issue may occur if the rug is too lightweight or thin.

During vacuuming and mopping, airflow or the roller brush may cause the rug to move, leading to it being lifted and the robot getting stuck.

We recommend securing the rug in place, for example by using a non-slip mat or adhesive pads, to prevent it from shifting and help the robot clean more smoothly.

And if it still happens, maybe set the mat area as a no go location.
