Activity log

Why is my activity log allways empty? I have over 100 hours running time in now over two X50’s. Nothing to view in there.

Long delay in replying sorry. I have not manually deleted these. Firmware on both devices up to date. Ap on iPhone io to date. S/N for these devices are : R2532D5AXUK0320333&R2532D61LUK5466801

could be a sync issue with the app or a firmware bug. you could try logging out and back in, reinstalling the app, and making sure both robots are on the latest firmware. if it’s still not showing anything after that it’s likely something on the backend rather than your devices

As confirmed by our technical team, the Activity Log is a smart log feature. If you have created and enabled manual scenes or automated scenes in the Smart section, the system will record their execution in this log.

If you have not added any related scenes, it is normal for the log to appear empty, so there is no need for concern. Please note that Activity Log is different from Cleaning History: Cleaning History records each cleaning task performed by the device, while Activity Log only records the execution of smart scenes.
