Robot stops working and goes offline after leaving station base

The robot is fully charged , once it leaves the base stations if switches itself off and goes offline .

could be a firmware glitch or a battery connection issue causing it to power off once it leaves the base. i’d try restarting the robot and checking for any firmware updates in the app

Do a power cycle. Off and on.  Then if not do a factory reset and see if that works.  After that it’s a service call.

Hello, regarding this issue, we kindly suggest that you try resetting the device. Please open the top cover and use a tool to press and hold the reset button until you hear the voice prompt “Factory reset is starting.”
