Robot switches off during scheduled clean

My robot keeps switching off at almost exactly the same spot on a scheduled clean. The buttons on the robot are unresponsive and I have to manually return it to the dock where it wakes up again, but it has completely forgotten that it was cleaning and won't resume. The robot will clean the room if selected manually without stopping.

I’d suggest a factory reset for that one.  See once it’s mapped again if the issue persists.  

check if there’s anything subtle in that area like a dark rug, reflective surface or a slight drop that might be confusing the sensors because sometimes the robot reacts differently when running an automated routine versus manual control. it’s also worth looking at the map in the app and possibly deleting and remapping the room in case there is a corrupted or odd navigation point saved there. make sure the firmware is fully up to date as well since bugs with scheduled cleaning have been fixed in past updates. if it keeps powering off completely rather than just stopping, it could also be a battery or internal fault being triggered under certain condition
