[L10s Ultra Gen 2] Mop pad on the swinging arm not spinning

Hi guys, the mop pad on the swinging arm is not spinning, anyone know the solution?

i’d start by checking if anything is tangled around the mop pad or spindle like hair or debris since that can stop it spinning. try removing the mop holder and snapping it back on firmly as well in case it’s not seated properly. if it spins fine by hand but not during a clean, a quick restart can sometimes fix it. if none of that helps it might be a motor or connection issue and worth contacting support or looking at a replacement part

Hello,

Regarding the issue you mentioned about the mop not spinning, we suggest you check the following:

1. Check if the mop pad holder is damaged or tangled with foreign objects. If there are foreign objects, please try to remove them.

2. Please reinstall the mop pad holder and try again.

3. Please reset the robot and try again. Open the top cover, use a tool to press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "Starting factory reset" (see attached image). Then restart the robot and try again.

*Please note: Resetting the robot will erase cleaning data and restore cleaning settings to factory settings.
