Pet GIFs have disappeared

Hi, I was enjoying the pet moments in my Dreame app, but suddenly all the GIFs have disappeared. Can I get them back? Also, no new GIFs have been saved for over a month.

We recommend that you open the camera in the app and then tap the gallery icon to check the photos captured by the device.

If you are unable to find any photos, it is possible that they have already been deleted. Unfortunately, deleted photos cannot be recovered. We therefore suggest saving your photos regularly to prevent this situation from happening again.
