Web portal login fails for EU account - anyone else?

Can't log into https://smarthome.dreame.tech/ with my Sweden-based account. Same account works fine in the mobile app.
**Symptom:** Black error toast on submit. SMS login eventually shows "Verification code is invalid or expired" even when entered immediately.
**Tried:** Email/password, SMS, incognito, VPN via DE/NL/UK/US-East. All fail the same way.
Looks like a server-side issue affecting EU accounts.
Anyone else seeing this? Any workaround? Any Dreame staff who can comment on a fix?

We suggest you try logging in via the app first. If you can log in through the app, then the account itself is not the problem; the issue is likely with the web login.

Since Sweden is not in Southwestern Europe, you can send an email to the corresponding support team at dreamesupport@dreame.tech

They will provide you with better assistance.

Same here, can't login to the web app.

Same here - not able to connect via browsers (tried several) - black empty error box   ...
while using same login  in the app - its working fine
Any suggestions?
