Not picking up cleaner fluid

Love my hoover/ cleaner it does an amazing job😀.
But it isn’t picking up the cleaning fluid ??
It is picking up plain water but not the cleaning fluid … Can anyone help ???

check whether the cleaning solution tank is properly seated and not blocked sometimes a bit of residue can clog the intake so giving it a rinse with warm water can help. also make sure you’re using the recommended cleaner and that it’s not too thick as that can stop it from being drawn up. if there’s a setting in the app for detergent usage it might be worth checking that too just in case it’s turned off or set very low. just so you know it actually uses a pretty small amount of detergent per clean usually only a few millilitres per session as it dilutes it heavily with water, so you won’t really notice a big drop in the tank after one run. if none of that works it could be a fault with the pump so you might need to contact support for a replacement or repair.

cleaner fluid is generally used for washing mops; if you want to use it to wash floors, you need to add it to the clean water tank.

To fill the clean water tank, add only one capful (approximately 28ml) or less of cleaner fluid to dilute it, shake well, and then use.

If you're referring to the cleaning solution not being used during the robot's self-cleaning process, please check if the automatic detergent dispensing function is enabled. If not, please enable it and then operate the mop pad washing function. After washing, shake the dirty water tank and observe if there is foam. If there is foam, it means the base has automatically added detergent.

You can also remove the detergent compartment, take the detergent inside, and shake it vigorously a few times. If liquid flows out from the marked area below, it means the automatic detergent dispensing function is working properly.
