Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 3 Abnormal water level in the washboard Problem

Hi,
I have a Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 3 ,My device displays an 'Abnormal water level in the washboard' error after every mop washing cycle. I run the station cleaning (self-cleaning) and it fixes the issue temporarily, but the error returns during the very next cleaning cycle. I have already cleaned the washboard filter, but it didn't help. Does anyone know a permanent solution for this?

Hello,

Regarding the issue of abnormal water level in the washboard you mentioned, please note the following:

1. Remove the wastewater tank and check if the used tank seal is loose or dirty. Manually reset it immediately and wipe it with a clean cloth (see attached image).

2. After emptying the wastewater, tighten the used tank clips, ensuring they are properly secured.

3. Place the used tank back into the base station and gently press it down to ensure it is properly installed.

4. Wipe away any remaining water in the base with a dry cloth, reinstall the washboard tray, and check if the error persists. If the problem persists, please contact us again. Thank you for your understanding.

Note: Product structures may vary; please refer to the actual product.

if the error keeps coming back after every cycle it could be an issue with the drainage or the water level sensor rather than how the tank is seated. try inspecting and cleaning the drain hole and channel under the washboard tray for any buildup like slime, debris or limescale that could be slowing water flow and if possible gently clean the sensors as residue can cause false readings. if you’re in a hard water area a light descale of the base station can also help but if it only clears after a self clean and then returns on the next run. it does sound more like a sensor or pump issue so it’s worth going back to support if the issue persists
