Dreame L40s Pro ignoring schedule having to manually start cleaning cycles

Can someone help. My Dreame L40s Pro is ignoring the schedule I've set up and hasn't cleaned for 7 days. I'm having to manually start cleaning cycles. It responds to the app control and voice command. It used to clean every day. The water tank is full and the dirty water is empty. There's no obstructions and the app says it's ready to clean.

try deleting the existing schedules and creating them again from scratch. also check if do not disturb mode somehow got enabled because that can silently block scheduled cleans. i’d also reboot the robot and the dock by unplugging the dock for a minute then reconnecting it.

Thank you. I did have do not disturb on but it's been on for months with no issue. I switched that off and it did do the cleaning overnight. Bizarre.

Hello,

When the “Do Not Disturb” mode is enabled, the robot will not operate during nighttime. This may be a change introduced in the latest firmware update.
