What are your best tips/tricks to keep the waste water smelling fresh?

empty and rinse it after every couple of runs and leave the lid open for a bit so it can dry out. adding a small splash of white vinegar or a tiny bit of disinfectant in the dirty water tank helps a lot too. also make sure to clean the filter area regularly because trapped debris is usually what causes the smell.

Thats great thank you, ive seen people use denture cleaning tablets in the waste water tank, has anyone done that, is it okay?

We do not recommend adding denture cleaning tablets or any other third-party cleaning agents to the dirty water tank. To help reduce odors, we recommend emptying and rinsing the dirty water tank promptly after each cleaning task and allowing it to dry thoroughly.
