No pet pics

The app has an option to capture pet pics.  I enable camera and pic access for the dreame app , still get no pet pics.  Why?

it usually only captures pet pics when the robot detects movement or recognizes a pet during cleaning. if the camera permissions are already enabled try checking whether ai pet recognition is turned on in the app settings too. also make sure the firmware and app are fully updated because this feature has been buggy for some users after setup.

Photos are only taken when the robot detects a pet. In addition, these photos will only be displayed in the most recent cleaning records.
