[L50 Pro Ultra] Problem on cleaning mop pads

I have a dreamy l50 pro, I bought it in October 2025 and suddenly it doesn't cleans the mop pads and also doesn't clean the base. I think it can't suck fresh water like it is clogged somehow. Also it pauses during cleaning. Any suggestions? I bought it in Greece

that sounds more like a water flow or blockage issue to me rather than do not disturb mode. i would check the clean water tank, filters and water inlet areas in the base for any buildup or clogging, and also make sure the dirty water tank is fitted properly. if it still cannot clean the mop pads or base after that then it could be a pump issue and probably worth contacting support again while it is under warranty

I think it is something with the pump or maybe the app? Because some times it washes the mop pads and base ans some times not. I have also open/close the base from the switch. The problem is occuring daily now. And the robot pauses the cleaning and so i have to click the play buttob through the app in order to clean mop pads and continue cleaning to the next room

since you already restarted the base and checked the obvious settings, i would probably contact dreame support again and mention that the issue is now daily and affecting both mop washing and cleaning continuation
