Can’t find base

I have had my Dreams vacuum and mop for 5 days and it’s not completed one vac and mop. It can not find its way back to base. We have tried re-mapping, moving and remapping, cleaning the sensors and followed the trouble shooting suggestions with no luck.
I keep reading the lovely posts of people’s clean homes and with 2 cats and a dog, I couldn’t wait to get mine!
Are there any suggestions? Or is it possible I have a Faulty unit?

Hello,

for your issue, we recommend checking the following:

1.  Please check whether the power plug is loose and make sure the base station is powered on.

2.  Place the base station correctly:  
    The base should be positioned against a wall in an open area. Ensure there is at least 1.5 meters of free space in front and 0.5 meters on both sides. Avoid placing it near sources of interference such as routers or TVs, and avoid reflective surfaces like mirrors or windows opposite the base.

3.  Check whether the main wheels of the robot are slipping or getting stuck during cleaning.

4.  If the base station has been moved, please manually place the robot onto the base to reconnect it, and start cleaning again from the base.

If the problem still persists, we recommend opening the robot’s cover and pressing the reset button for 3 seconds to reset the device and see if that resolves the issue.
