[X50 Ultra Complete] Dock issues

My X50 ultra is unable to leave or rejoin the dock when the mopping pads are attached. I’ve completed a factory reset, cleaned the sensors and changed and aligned the mop pads. Any ideas what I should do next please Tried to upload a video but that also failed so not having much luck! Thanks all

Hello,

we recommend placing the robot on an open and flat area, then pressing the start button to check whether it can move normally.

If the robot cannot move properly even on a flat surface, the wheels may be faulty. You can also try rotating the wheels by hand to check if there is any debris stuck inside and clean it if necessary.

If the issue is not related to the wheels but still persists, please record a video and send it to our after-sales support email so we can provide further assistance.
