Base Leak?

Hello, I have had the L50 ultra ae for a week and moved the base slightly to find that there is water under it. Is this normal?

Hello, thank you for contacting Dreame.
Regarding your issue, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Please remove the washboard and check whether the drain outlet is clogged. Clean it if necessary (please refer to the attached image). Also wipe the overflow sensor on the washboard (please refer to the attached image).
2. Remove the used water tank and check whether the sealing ring is loose or dirty. Make sure to reinstall it properly in time, and wipe it clean with a dry cloth (please refer to the attached image).
3. After emptying the dirty water, fasten the latch of the used water tank securely to ensure it is properly locked in place.
4. Place the used water tank back into the base station and gently press it to make sure it is installed correctly.
5. Wipe away any remaining water inside the base with a dry cloth, reinstall the washboard, and check whether the issue still persists.

Thank you for your fast response. There is water in the drain outlet (see video) I have only had the device for a week so wouldn’t expect it to be clogged already?
