Not impressed so far

So, ive had this machine for a week... not impressed so far.

Suction. It says its hoovering, but the bits that the l20 picked up without thinking are still there unless i tell it max power and zone clean.  

Hoovering room. It gets stuck hoovering the same 50cm square until you tell it to end task. Pausing task doesnt work, picking it up and moving it doesn't work. It just goes striaght back. Oh, and the bit it is stuck on, hairs are left on the floor and not picked up.

Battery. 26 square meters is the total downstairs floor size, large kitchen, 2 hallways and the living room. It cannot manage to hoover the living room in one pass. The l20 managed the entire downstairs twice on one charge!  

What the hell is going on?  

could be a bad firmware update, faulty sensors or just a defective unit. i’d try a factory reset, delete the map and remap from scratch then check for firmware updates. if it still keeps circling the same spot and missing debris, i’d be pushing for a replacement because that’s not flagship performance at all.

Regarding the suction performance, we recommend checking whether the dustbin, roller brush, and filter are properly installed and free from any blockage caused by dust or debris.

For the issue where the robot spins repeatedly in the same spot, please check if there is any hair tangled around the wheels, and kindly clean the LDS (laser sensor) as well to ensure proper navigation.

As for the reduced coverage on a single charge, this model is equipped with a more advanced AI system, which may result in slightly longer cleaning times and higher power consumption during operation. To improve efficiency, we suggest disabling the “Intelligent Obstacle Recognition” feature in the settings and testing again.
