A3 AWD not cutting. Brand new

I'm not sure if this is how to contact support. I installed our brand new Dreame A3 AWD mower today, upgraded the firmware, and then created a map. We had previously cut down the grass to make it easier to map. The mower makes no spinning sound whatsoever, only a driving motion. It passed over a couple of dandelions and left them unharmed. This is not a great experience at all. I have looked everywhere to check if there is some transport lock or something on the spinner/blades, but both the disk and the blades spin easily when I touch them.

Is there some way to verify the RPM of the spinner, or otherwise see/examine if that thing is working or not? Maybe I've missed something after reading the manual 10 times?

The experience has not been great, after all that work, to see that it does not cut at all. I hope that you can help me get this fixed soon. Do contact me if you need to.

Regarding the issue you reported where the device is able to move but does not perform cutting, we recommend that you first check the following:

Whether the current grass height is lower than the mowing height you have set.
Whether the lawn is too dense or thick, which may affect the cutting performance.
Please check if there are any error messages or alerts in the App.

Regarding your question about checking the blade rotation speed, please note that viewing the RPM is currently not supported. You may try using the manual mowing mode to observe whether the cutting disc is functioning properly.

If the issue persists, we recommend the following:

Upload the operation logs in the App and keep the device online after uploading;
Provide the device SN number and a video showing the mower during operation.

Please go to “Me” → “Help & Feedback” → “Report Log”, select the device and the app log, and then click “Upload”.
