Side brush won’t work

Can any help the side brush keeps stopping there is nothing stuck at all on the brush

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please follow the steps below to try to fix your issues.

1. Please check if the side brush is deformed.
2. If the side brush is deformed after confirmation, please replace it with a new side brush.
3. If there are foreign objects: when the robot is cleaning, the side brushes and roller brushes may be entangled with the power cords, charging cables, etc. at home. Please pull out the side brush and clean up foreign objects. After cleaning, try to place the robot near the cleaned area for continuous cleaning. And try to tidy up the power cord on the ground before cleaning to prevent entanglement.
