Robot does not go under the sofa

Although there is clearance under the sofa my dreame L40 Ultra AE somehow hesitates to go under it. Anyone have the same issue?

Regarding the issue of the robot not going under the sofa, you may refer to the following information:

Due to the slight tilt of the LDS (laser sensor) on top of the device, when encountering spaces or structures with similar heights, the robot may sometimes recognize them as obstacles and therefore choose not to enter. In addition, if there is any uneven or recessed structure at the back or underside of the sofa, this may also affect the robot’s judgment and movement.

We recommend that you check the following:

Whether the actual clearance under the sofa meets the robot’s minimum passing height requirement (for the L40 Ultra AE, approximately 108.8 mm);
Clean the LDS on top of the device to ensure accurate detection and normal operation;

After confirming the above conditions, you may observe the robot’s performance again.
