x40 master - not draining dirty water properly

Hello ! i have 2 dreame x40 master units. One is new worked perfectly, the other is refurbished, allways had a vacuum leak at the sewage compartiment. If i put presure on it works normal and it drains perfectly. My solution was to put a pice of cardboard on top of the lid and colse the drawer with it under to keep the presure on the gasket. This solution worked for more than a year now. Now i get the same error and when I opened the base again, i observed that the plastic lid of the drawer was forced and it only holds on 3 screws from the total of 8 or 9, the other ones are broken. I ordered another vacuum pomp and I want to buy the lid, is tthe anyway i could purchase it ?

Hello ! I'm from Europe - Romania. The device has been opened - I understand that there's no warranty as I bought it refurbished unit, although it was new, the product just lunched for a few months. I suspect it was damaged while shipping. Thanks for the reply I will try my luck with the after sales technical support !
