Not emptying

I love my robot but it keeps not emptying when it goes back to auto empty and is still full of dog hair?
Any tips!!!

Regarding the issue of poor auto-empty performance at the base station, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:

Please go to the base station settings and check the auto-empty frequency. The robot will collect dust automatically based on the frequency you have set.
Please check whether the robot is set to Do Not Disturb (DND) mode. In DND mode, the base station will not perform auto-empty tasks. Kindly go to “More Features” and disable DND mode, then try again.
Please make sure the robot announces that the “cleaning task is completed” and returns to the dock for charging. If the battery is too low to dock or if the charging process is interrupted manually, the auto-empty function will not be triggered.
After the cleaning task is completed, please manually tap the “Dust Collection / Auto-Empty” button in the app to test whether the function works properly.

If the dust collection function can be triggered but fails to empty the bin, please check whether the dust outlet is blocked by fluffy pet hair. Such hair may be difficult to suction and could obstruct the fan’s operation. Please clean it manually. Additionally, we recommend increasing the cleaning frequency and the auto-empty frequency to reduce dust accumulation as much as possible.
