[L40s Pro Ultra] Radar alignment issue

It is still working but it cant move in straight line , looks misaligned for the radar. @Dreame Support

Regarding the issue you reported, we recommend that you follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

Please first confirm whether the device firmware has been updated to the latest version.
Check whether the main wheels are tangled with hair or debris; if so, please clean them promptly.
Inspect the LDS radar rotating component to confirm whether hair or foreign objects are affecting its normal rotation. If so, please carefully remove them.
Please check whether there are any lifted, uneven stickers, protective films, or large objects on the surface of the robot. If the device is new, please ensure any protective films are removed.
Gently press the front bumper of the robot to check whether it can rebound normally.
Use a clean, soft cloth to wipe the line laser sensor and AI recognition sensor, ensuring there is no dust or fingerprints blocking them.
Restart the robot and try running it again.
You may also check whether the map in the app appears disorganized or abnormal.

If the issue persists, please provide the device’s S/N (serial number), firmware version, and a screenshot of the cleaning map. We will be happy to assist you further.
