Why does my machine only charge to 90 percent it’s new just out the box? Very strange.apart from that it’s great 😎😁

Thank you very much for your appreciation of our product.
We recommend that you check the “Battery” option in the device settings.
To protect the battery, the charging limit is set by default to around 80%–90%.
You can adjust this setting to 100% and then check whether the device can be fully charged.

I found this in the battery settings in the app. Try and set the battery to 80%. Just like using your mobile phone the battery lifespan will last longer not regularly charging to 100%. Even if the cleaning has not completed once the robot it down to 10% battery remaining it will simply go back to the dock, charge back up, and re deploy to where it was last cleaning and continue till the job is done. So my advice set the battery to 80% for regular use.
