Freezes after coming out of dock

This is my second robot after the first was replaced after a few months.
Cones out of dock with vacuum working but then just sits there vacuuming in the same place. Correct location on map but does not try and move. Downed down both vacuum and dock for 10 mins. Reset etc and still does the same thing.  Any recommendations? Thanks
