Performance has become much worse

I’ve noticed the overall cleaning performance has gotten a lot worse since when I first had the product.

Ive replaced the extending brush, new filters, wiped the sensors etc but the level of cleaning has become much worse over time and there are a lot more crumbs being missed by the vacuum.

Has anyone else experienced this and have any recommendations?

I’ll be reaching out to customer support soon but wanted to see if anyone else has had similar problems.

Regarding the issue of the robot missing crumbs and small debris:

1. The dust box may be full. Please open the robot's top cover, remove the dust box, and clean out any debris inside.

2. Please remove the main brush from the bottom of the robot, clean the brush thoroughly, and check whether the main suction inlet is blocked or tangled with any foreign objects.

3. Please try using the highest suction mode and observe whether the cleaning performance improves.

Regarding the decline in cleaning performance, you may try the following methods to improve the cleaning results:

Method 1:

In the app, go to Custom Cleaning Mode > Mop Washing Settings and reduce the mop washing area. This will allow the robot to return to the base station more frequently to wash the mop pads, keeping them cleaner and improving the cleaning performance for the remaining areas. After several cleaning cycles, you can gradually increase the mop washing area again while maintaining good cleaning results.

Method 2:

In Custom Cleaning Settings, select the Vacuum First, Then Mop mode, and increase the suction power and cleaning passes. This can help the robot clean more thoroughly.

Method 3:

Use the Ultimate Mode under CleanGenius (Smart Cleaning). In this mode, the robot follows a denser cleaning path and moves more slowly, resulting in a deeper and more thorough clean throughout the home.
