[L40s Pro Ultra] LDS error

Hi team,
I recently bought L40s and enjoyed using it. Recently the auto cleaning is interrupted by LDS failure and it can no longer continue nor go back to dock by itself. I followed the guidance and tried to clean it by myself but the issue is not solved. I wasn’t sure about clean it by myself, so I removed the lid and tried to access to the sensor by myself. I didn’t remove the cables but some screws. Is my warranty already invalid in this case?

Regarding your case, please note that unauthorized disassembly of the device (including removing the cover, screws, or other components) may indeed affect the warranty status of the product.

Since you have already opened the housing of the robot, we are unable to determine through the forum whether the device still qualifies for warranty coverage. This can only be assessed and confirmed by our after-sales team based on the actual condition of the device.

We recommend contacting our after-sales team and providing the SN number from the label on the bottom of the robot, proof of purchase, and a video showing the issue. The relevant team will evaluate the inspection results and advise you on the most appropriate solution.
