Dreame L40 leaking tray

My Dreame L40 dock has started leaking and water is pooling at the bottom. It’s so much I need to use a mop.

This is now the second time this has happened. Yesterday it was overflowing

Any ideas to fix this?

For this situation, we recommend using a thin wire or a toothpick to carefully clear the drainage outlet at the bottom of the dock, as a partial blockage may prevent wastewater from draining properly.

We also recommend checking the seal on the dirty water tank to ensure it has not become deformed, loose, or displaced. If you notice that the seal is not seated correctly, please reposition it properly and test the dock again.
