My robot hoover won’t stay charging once on the charging station.

It’s a new device we have brought and it goes into the charging/ cleaning station and then connects but doesn’t charge?

Please make sure that the protective film covering the charging contacts on the robot has been removed.

Could you let us know which model you have? On some models, there is also a power switch located on the back of the base station. If your model has one, please check that it is turned on.

If the issue persists, please clean the charging contacts on both the robot and the base station, and make sure there is no dust, dirt, or moisture on them. Then check whether the robot can charge normally.
