Dreame X50 Ultra Complete Robot Vacuum issues with suction

Had Dreame for less than a month having issues with suction I think.  Not doing a good job of vacuuming on either carpet or hard floor. Leaving lots of bits even on max setting.
Have cleaned fliter and tried new filter.

Large debris, paper scraps, and other foreign objects may cause blockages in the robot. Please check whether the main brush, main brush compartment, and dust box are obstructed by any debris or foreign objects.

If you need to clean more challenging areas, such as large clumps of hair, we recommend increasing the cleaning frequency and using a higher suction level. Stubborn stains may require manual cleaning to prevent dirt and dust from building up.

Have checked for blockages. Not large bits of debris. Photo shows carpet after cleaning on max suction. Really disappointed with its performance
