House clean taking 7 hours

I have set my x50 to wash and vacuum at the same time. This is scheduled every night at 12.30am. When I wake up the robot is still working 6 or 7 hours later?

Based on your description, this may be because the cleaning area is relatively large and the robot is unable to complete the entire task on a single charge. In such cases, the robot will automatically return to the base station to recharge and, once the battery reaches a sufficient level, resume cleaning the remaining areas. As a result, the overall cleaning time may be significantly longer.

You may also try using the Custom Cleaning Mode and adjusting the cleaning parameters according to your home's actual conditions to see whether the cleaning duration improves.
