X40 Ultra Complete Rattle noise

Hi Team,
We got this x40 ultra complete 2-3 months ago and it was working fine until few days ago. Its now making a loud rattling/clacking noise during cleaning throughout.
Any ideas how to resolve this please?

Regarding this issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Remove the side brush, main brush cover, main brush, and mop pad holders from the bottom of the robot, then start a cleaning task and check the following:

If the noise disappears:

① Reinstall the side brush and start the robot. If abnormal noise occurs during operation, please check whether the side brush is deformed or tangled with debris.

② After reinstalling the side brush, check whether it is functioning normally. The rubber strip on the main brush cover may create some friction with the floor, so please observe whether the noise improves after several cleaning cycles.

③ If abnormal noise occurs after installing the main brush, remove the main brush and check whether hair, threads, or other debris are wrapped around either end. When reinstalling the brush cover, ensure all four sides are securely fitted.

If the noise persists:

① Power off the robot, then press and slide both drive wheels to check whether they rotate smoothly and rebound properly when released. Remove any debris if found.

② Rotate the caster wheel and check whether it spins smoothly. If not, clean away any dirt or debris.

③ If the filter has been washed with water, please ensure it is completely dry before use. A damp filter may cause abnormal operating noise during cleaning.
