How do I start another map to run in conjunction with the primary map?

Hello,

Please refer to the following instructions:

1. Move the robot and the charging dock/base station to the corresponding floor or a new environment. Connect the charging dock to power and place the robot on the dock.

2. In the app, tap the Map icon, enable Multi-floor Maps, and then tap "+ Create Map" to create a new map.

3. You can choose either Start Cleaning or Fast Mapping to create a map of the new environment. Please make sure the robot starts from the charging dock. Once the task is completed and the robot automatically returns to the dock, the map will be saved automatically and room partitioning will be completed. The robot can store up to 3–4 maps.

Please note:

Do not move the charging dock after the robot has started from it.
If the robot runs low on battery during mapping, or if it is manually returned to the dock, the map may not be saved successfully.

4. After the map has been saved, if you want to clean a specific floor, move the robot to that floor and switch to the corresponding map in the app.

Note: If there is no base station on that floor, the robot will not be able to return to the station to refill water during mopping. As a result, mopping functionality may be limited and the robot will mop without automatic water replenishment.

5. If the robot is moved to a completely new floor or environment, you will need to create a new map first by tapping Multi-floor Maps > Create Map. Therefore, before starting a cleaning task, please ensure that the robot's current location matches the map selected in the app.
