Fist of all the main shipping box is very strong and everything inside is well packaged to prevent transport damage. As you can see in this quick picture you get the following in the box.
Robot with one fitted side brush. Plus one extra side brush.
+ fitted main dual brush.
+ the robots internal dustbin is fitted with a filter.
You also get:
200ml wood floor care solution.
200ml pet odor solution.
1000ml multi surface floor cleaner.
6 x robot mops, pre fitted with 3 different types of Velcro mop pads.
6 extra Velcro mop pads (2 of each type)
A couple of extra vacuum bags for the main dock, the main dock also comes with one fitted.
2 large water tanks for clean and dirty water fitted to the main dock.
And a plastic ramp that clicks into place with the dock so the robot can drive into the dock.
The 3 chamber solution tank in the dock does not come pre filled with solution, understandable as this could get messy in transport.
Roughly just over a 1 meter length of power cord supplied, mine was supplied with a 3 pin kettle plug to UK 3pin plug as this was a UK product.
Everything had been well taped down to prevent shipping damage. Both the dock and the robot feel premium with a good weight to them, nothing feels cheap.
So now to putting the dock into its new home, plugging it in and following the rest of the setup guide.
Honestly though there’s little to do. Once the dock gets power, the dock will move the internal mop swap to the correct start position. Then put the mops with the pre fitted mop pads into there holders in the dock door, fill the 3 solution tank, fill with fresh clean water, clip the dock ramp into place. Turn on the robot and push it into the dock till it says “start charging” 5 minutes of a job. After that it’s down to using the software on the Dreame app to setup everything.
