Weird behaviour.

My Matrix10 is doing some weird things.  It is currently doing a vac and mop, goes into the first room, does a patch about 50cm x 50cm then goes back to the station, cleans, then comes out and does the same patch again.  It’s done it 4 times so far.  
The other day it decided my ramp was fun and went up and down it 20ish times.  Up turn round down. Up. Down. Up down.  

This is weird behaviour.  What’s happening?

Could you please let us know which cleaning mode you selected?

If you are using CleanGenius mode, the robot may automatically perform additional cleaning on areas it considers particularly dirty. In this case, we recommend disabling the "Auto-recleaning" option in the Floor Cleaning Settings and checking whether the behavior improves.

Regarding the issue where the robot repeatedly goes up and down the ramp, could you please provide:

A photo of the actual environment where the ramp is located
A screenshot of the map in the app

This will help us further analyze the cause of the issue and provide more accurate assistance.
