Save you map. Sometimes it tries to update the map and creates wrong rooms. If this happens you can restore your old correct map. While it’s out doing it thing it will notice obstacles. If they are not an issue, after it has finished, select them one by one and click not an obstacle. That way next time it will get closer to that cleaning area.
